GENERALBODY MEETING :

General meeting of the members of this organization is called General Body Meeting. The Annual General Body Meeting is held at least once in every year.
 For this 15 days prior notice is given. If required General Secretary or in his absence the Organizational Secretary can convene extra ordinary General Body Meeting at any time with due approval of the President. For any special or extra ordinary General Body meeting 7 days notice shall be given. Decision on any proposal in the General Body Meeting shall be taken through voting by 3/4th majority of the members present in the meeting .

POWER & DUTIES OF GENERAL BODY COMMITTEE :

The General Body Committee of this organization consists of President, Working President, vice President, Gen. Secretary, Organizational Secretary, Secretary (Construction), Secretary (Cultural), Cashier, 2 nos. Joint Secretary, Conveners of Ladies Branch and Youth Branch, and 18 nos. elected members of the Working Committee. Election to the committee is held at every two years’ interval.

The committee scrutinizes the income and expenditure accounts and annual budget of the Organization, selects the auditor for audit of accounts, considers any proposal or matter referred to the General Body and gives suggestions. Considers any complain against any member or member of Working Committee referred to it .
